Hi, my name is Morry, founder, and CEO of The Real Estate Collective Group, your real estate concierge. I have been in the real estate business for over 30 years. The first five years I worked as an agent, I was trained by Mike Ferry and was a Re/Max top producer.

I later transitioned into flipping and investing homes. I sold over 1000 properties in 25 years. In 1999 alone I bought, fixed and sold 203 houses in Southern California. I had a team of 45 people working for me. I rehabbed three homes simultaneously all year round; my team worked six days a week.

Throughout my career, through trial and error, I have learned and mastered the ins and outs of real-world real estate. This website is my way of giving back to my community of real estate agents and investors.
